You are here: Our place in Argelès / Home
Ever since we've had "Our place in Argelès", we've needed somewhere to keep all the links we've found useful so far. By keeping them on this website, these 'favourites' are available on any PC we can get our hands on when we are in France.
Our intention is to make this website accessible to as wide a range of users as we possibly can. With modern browsers all the links are accessible from the drop-down top menu on this page. By modern browsers we mean all the popular browsers such as Internet Explorer version 7, Firefox, Opera, Mozilla, Netscape and Safari etc. These all work without Javascript enabled.
Because you are using Internet Explorer version 5 or 6 you need Javascript enabled to see the drop-down top menu. But even with Javascript disabled, all the links are still accessible on separate pages by going through the top menu.
In your browser (IE 5.01) (IE
5.5) (IE 6) Javascript is DISABLED.
Any older browser, that cannot handle the drop-down menu, will still be able to access all the links on separate pages by going through the top menu. And very old browsers (before Internet Explorer 5 - and other browsers of a similar age) will still be able to navigate this site but visually it will look very basic.

We welcome any comments or suggestions and please let us know about any errors or omissions you find. If you are not viewing this website on a Windows PC we would be very grateful for your feedback on any accessibility problems you experience.
Our email address is shown at the bottom of every page like so...

Please note: You have to type this address manually - you cannot copy and
paste it.
This is because we have had to make our address readable by humans but difficult for
the programs used by spammers, which scan the web for email addresses.

Yes, I know, I've been re-designing this website for nearly 2 years! But it's
finally up and running and has its own domain name.
There are a still a few glitches to be sorted out but the Search facility now works!
